Understanding Drug Use, Overdose and Health Trends Impacting Our Community. Join us for a conversation about how we can help those we love.
This is a free hybrid event - when completing the registration please indicated whether you plan to attend in-person or online and if electing to participate online, we will send you the meeting link.
We are gathering to look at our local data from the 44109 and 44109 zip codes - to understand how recent changes in drug use and overdose trends are affecting the health of our neighbors and families.

Join us for a conversation in both Spanish & English about how we can help the people we love. All are invited to:
- Be Informed: A short presentation on the health trends we are seeing in our neighborhood.
- Share a Meal: Free Lunch Provided!
- Connect with Resources: In person, visit the Thrive for Change Health Van parked onsite. Virtual attendees will be able to see a live virtual tour of the van and its services.
We will have two session available after the introductory session. Please indicate in the registration which you are interested in attending.
Option A: Community Dialogue Facilitated by the Northeast Ohio Opioid Consortium. An engaging group discussion on how we can help keep our neighbors safe. Opportunities to share your thoughts on what our community needs right now.
Option B: C.R.A.F.T. Training hosted by Cleveland Department of Public Health. A 90-minute group session where participants will learn how to help family and friends living with substance use, learn self care and stress reduction skills. Family resources provided.
Registration is preferred, but walk-ins are always welcome!
