Joining WellLink GPO is hassle-free, with no cost or obligation. Once your membership is implemented, you will gain access to more than 4,000 agreements in a wide range of categories, including IT, office supplies, facility maintenance, medical and surgical supplies, and more. What happens from the moment you inquire about a membership, to the final approval that allows you to see real savings?
The Path to GPO Membership and Savings
The first step is to fill out the membership inquiry form on the WellLink GPO website. From there, an account manager will reach out to set up a meeting and answer any questions. Then you will complete a membership application and typically will receive a member ID in approximately one week.
While achieving your full savings potential can take time as you are connected to each contract, our goal is to quickly begin finding members savings on things they already purchase, through vendors they already purchase from. If you can provide your accounts payable file or a list of vendors you currently work with, we can identify vendors that have a WellLink GPO agreement that we can investigate for savings.
We compare a usage file to identify specific items you’re purchasing that align with our agreements and then prepare any necessary contract connection documents for your signature. By signing, you are acknowledging you want to access our GPO supplier agreement through the price activation process.
It is important to clarify that members are simply accessing our written agreements with suppliers, and not signing agreements with the suppliers.
The price activations are then sent to the supplier for approval. When that approval is received, the GPO account manager will follow up with the member and vendor, and make sure the pricing is implemented so the member can realize the savings.
Once officially approved as a WellLink GPO member, you will gain access to more than 4,000 agreements thanks to our vital relationships with Premier, OMNIA Partners and our own custom GPO contracts with local suppliers and manufacturers.
Life as a WellLink GPO Member
Once everything is in place and approved, your account manager will keep you informed of any group buys, price changes, employee discounts, supplier additions, and more. This relationship between members and account managers will continue during your time with WellLink GPO and you can stay in contact as much as you like.
You’ll also receive a bi-weekly newsletter with insights on contract launches, renewals, pricing changes and more. At your direction, if you would like to receive a business review to go over all the details of your savings, and discuss the potential for more, you can request a meeting with your account manager.
