Michele Fancher is senior director of corporate communications for WellLink. In this role, she is responsible for leading the development and implementation of the organization’s communications and marketing strategy. She also supports the grant development activities for WellLink’s community programs as well as the public policy work of the organization, tracking legislative and regulatory issues that impact WellLink's membership and communicating with public officials on behalf of its member hospitals. 

Prior to serving in this role, Fancher was Grant Development Manager. Previously, she was communications manager for the Ohio Hospital Association.

Fancher, who has served the organization for more than 18 years, holds a Health Care Master of Business Administration as well as a master’s in journalism, with a bachelor’s degree in political science. She is a member of the American Hospital Association’s Allied Public Relations Executives and the Grant Professionals Association.
